Our standard mowing package is still the most popular. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed, you can count on me to take care of your lawn.

Sod installation looks amazing. There are a few steps that are critical to ensure the sod thrives.
Fertilizing

Sprinklers
Sprinker systems are a critical component to having a nice lawn. The problem is that they tend to be very needy. I open and test systems in the spring, make minor to major repairs, update sprinkler clocks, install backflow preventers, and winterize in the fall.

This was a particularly interesting job I recently completed. A family in the neighborhood had a very old system that they had not used since buying the house a few years before. The only thing they knew was that there was no backflow preventer, and the quote they received from a local sprinkler company was for $14,000! (not a typo, $14K) I was able to determine that the zone valves were leaking, but the zones themselves worked well. I was able to install a backflow preventer, new valves, proper drains and clean-out valves, and configure a new smart clock for under $1000.

Sod Installation
Nothing looks better than new sod! We always prepare the area well, apply and mix compost, and make sure it gets plenty of water. Nothing is more important to new sod than water.
